Hostel Zabutton is a new hostel opens in February 2015. It is situated in Azabu, central Tokyo, close to popular tourist spots such as the Tokyo Tower and Roppongi. It is a friendly hostel where one can experience the true Japanese culture with the local staff. Free Wi-Fi, and great access to everywhere in the metropolitan area. The hostel offers 4 types of guestrooms: 8-bed mixed dormitory room, 4-bed female dormitory room, private twin bed room and private double room. Offering very reasonable room prices and also long-term stay discounts, the hostel is a great choice for both short-term and long-term stay. Facilities include a well-equipped guest kitchen, shower room, locker, coin-operated laundry machine and dryer. These facilities are shared by all guests. The tax(8%) is not included in the room payment,need to pay when you check-in. 1).Check-in:15:00-20:00 Reception open time:9:00-20:00, Coffee shop:8:30-20:00 *If you plan to check-in after 22:00, please let us know one day in advance. We can not wait for the guest over 24:00 in the midnight,if your arrival time will over the midnight,please choose another hostel. .Check-out:11:00 *If you plan to check-out before 9:00, please let us know one day in advance. .We can keep your luggage from 9:00 until 21:00. No elevator. *If you check-out,desire to keep the luggage for day to one week. We need to charge extra payment:JP500-JP1000yen/day. Big luggage is not available because the size of our hostel. *We can take the mail or small package for you. Big package is not allowed,2piece/each person. 2).Please pay the accommodation fee in cash upon check-in. . Payments are accepted in Japanese cash only. . We don not accept credit cards. . We will take a copy of your passport at check-in. .Room cleaning time is from 11:00 until 15:00. 3).The tax(8%) is not included in the room payment,need to pay when you check-in 4).Cancellation Policy: 1 week prior to arrival : no cancellation fee is charged. 1 day to 6 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total payment is charged. No show:100% of the total payment is charged. 5).Child Policy: We have a 10-year-old age restriction for the dormitories. Becasue the size of TWIN room,we can NOT add person. If you choose double room(Japanese style), and additional 2500yen will be charged for an extra bed for a child. Children 10 years old or older will be considered as adults. Double room maximum people limit:3 PERSON. We have authority to refuse your booking if your have 4person in Double room Please inform the hostel in advance if you travel with children. 6)Add Adult. Double room:add adult will charge JP3000/person. Maximum limit:3PERSON. |

If there are no answer or any reply to confirmation email by 9 pm,
your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
We will also ask to pay cancellation fee.
If the arriving time will be over 9 pm please let us know in advance.
With the notice in advance we will be able to wait until 11 pm.
However we will charge extra 1000 yen /person who arrives after 10 - 11 pm.
Please note we cannot accept any bookings which arrive over 11 pm.

From Tokyo Haneda International Airport:
Walk to the domestic terminal and take a train on Keikyu Line to Daimon Sta. It will be six stops and 20min. At Daimon Sta., switch to subway OOedo Line and go to Akabane-bashi Sta.. We are 2min walk from the station. It takes less than 40min from the airport. The train fare is 562yen.
From Tokyo Narita International Airport:
Take a express train on the Keisei Line from the airport to Daimon Sta. At Daimon Sta., switch to subway OOedo Line and go to Akabane-bashi Sta. We are 2min walk from the station. It takes about 75min from the airport. The train fare is 1369yen.
From Akabane-bashi Sta.:
Get out the Nakanohashi Exit, and walk right for one block. Turn right at the traffic light. We are the 3th building on the right side of the street.

The hostel is located in Azabu in downtown Tokyo. It is known as Tokyo's most expensive upscale residential district; many artists, business people, and celebrities reside here. It has easy access to Shinjuku or Roppongi and other popular places in Tokyo by metro, train or bus. The Tsukiji Outer Market, Japan's 'Food Town' where one can enjoy delicious Japanese traditional foods is also close by.
