Starting from Seoul: in the nearest Bus Terminal, take the bus to TongYeong; about 4 to 5 hours drive and a fare of 24,000KRW(24 USD). There are buses every hour until daybreak, so no worries coming here. And there are buses from here to Seoul every hour too, no worries there!
ATTENTION: You better get a Tourist Map of Tongyeong when you arrive at the Bus Terminal; its free and very very useful.
By Bus: After arriving in the Tongyeong Central Bus Terminal, take any of the buses with the numbers 101, 104, 105, 141, 250, 231, 235, 240, 350, 301, 321, 335, 341, 450, 401, 442, 501, 504, 505, 530 (there are a lot, i know... no need to worry waiting ^_^ ). Disembark at the Seoho Traditional Market; make a way towards the opposite side of the road and keep walking until you reach the ocean. Follow to the Left and enjoy the view until reaching the Hansan Hotel.
The Bus fee is 1100KRW; TAXI will probably take 7000KRW.
