We start with the basic rate of $69 and add $10 for a private bath + $10
for each additional person. Email us after booking to tell us how many
guests you require. Check-in and check-out is flexible. We have a person
in the office between between 10am and 6pm and can also be contacted
after hours through the Guesthouse phone line. Check-out time is 11am
the morning of their departure. Any arrangements for a later checkout or
to leave luggage for a later pickup must be coordinated with our office.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that rates do not include a
13% tax which shall be added to your balance upon arrival.

Our guest house is located immediately next door to the Spadina subway station which is the terminus for both the Bloor and Spadina subway lines as well as the streetcar that runs under Bloor Street and exits to run along Spadina Ave.
Note: Spadina Road becomes Spadina Avenue south of Bloor St.
Subway from airport:
1. Take Bus - 192 - Airport Rocket towards North - 192 Rocket Kipling Station Eastbound Platform
2. From Kipling Station go to Eastbound Platform and get on the Bloor - Danforth Subway line
3. Get off at Spadina Station.
4. Our guesthouse is right next door

Driving from Toronto Pearson International Airport:
1. Head east on Wilson Square toward Spadina Ave 32 m
2. Turn right at Spadina Ave 0.4 km
3. Take the 2nd right onto Queen St W 0.6 km
4. Turn right at Bathurst St 2.1 km
5. Turn right at Bloor St W 0.6 km
6. Turn left at Spadina Road
7. Destination will be on the right 82 m 9 Spadina Road Toronto, ON, Canada
Also you can take a taxi from the airport, approx 15 minute ride, and the fare is normally $50. Taxi service is the most convenient, safest and fastest service to get to the guest house. The route is very similar to driving directions and the guest house will be on the right.
