This property has specific Terms & Conditions.We start with the basic rate of $66 and add $10 for a private bath and $10 for each additional person. Email us after booking to tell us how many guests you require.
Check-in and check-out is flexible. We have a person in the office between between 10am and 6pm and also a porter who is on duty in the evenings until 10pm.
Check-out time is 11am the morning of their departure. Any arrangements for a later checkout or to leave luggage for a later pickup must to be coordinated with our office.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Please note that rates do not include a 13% tax which shall be added to your balance upon arrival.

Our guest house is located immediately next door to the Spadina subway station which is the terminus for both the Bloor and Spadina subway lines as well as the streetcar that runs under Bloor Street and exits to run along Spadina Ave.
Note: Spadina Road becomes Spadina Avenue south of Bloor St.
