Staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was great...but i wouldn't recommend cooking in the kitchen and we had lots of bugs in our bed. privates have a/c and is about a 15 min walk to the beach. They also provide shuttles to town and the supermarket.

We did not have hot water, the sink was broken, despite asking at time of reservation our room was on the street side making it impossible to sleep. Still a good breakfast, nice rooms and quite cleaned.

I stayed only 10 minutes. They forgot my booking and gave me an \"unreachable bed\" in a dirty room. The staff wsa very not kind !

This hostel has a great location, just across the street from the Tulum ruins. The stalls in the shared bathroom are too small and the shower stalls need curtains and better drains on the bathroom floor.
