Our guesthouse sits in the heart of Valencia, with rooms overlooking one of the most beautiful plazas in the city.
We offer quality, hotel-style accommodation for a better price-a new small guesthouse in the heart of Valencia, in an area with the best restaurants and bars. Rooms are excellently furnished and we provide all you need for an enjoyable stay. We have rooms with private bathrooms, and around the corner at ABCyou Cadarso, there are four rooms with two shared bathrooms. These rooms have a nice view onto one of the most special plazas in Valencia. Our guesthouse is located in the heart of the Valencia area L´eixample, which contains the best restaurants and bars of the city. Our B&B has a total of 12 big rooms, some with balconies and street view, and some with a garden view. It is located at one of the main 'Fallas' squares in Valencia. All of our private en suite rooms have their own Apple Mac mini on a Plasma screen, as well as television, a comfortable double bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a bottle of mineral water, and free high-speed wifi access. Breakfast is served between 8.30 am and 10.30am. There are 2 'Dutch' bikes for rent on a daily basis. Linen and towels are also included in the price; your room will be cleaned every day. We will give you all the information about Valencia and tell you about the best bars and restaurants as well as local culture. For families with young children, we also have a new cradle (ask for availability since we only have one). Check out is at 11am and check in from 2pm. |

From the airport take the metro to station XATIVA (the train station Renfe Estaci�n Del Nord).
When you get out of the metro make sure you walk past the Plaza de toros having it on your right side until you reach the El corte ingles, go right into the calle de Ruzafa, walk straight until the big crossing, here you go left into the Gran via del marques del turia, (a street where you can walk in the middle and has lot�s of trees, now the second street on your right is our street Calle Taquigrafo Marti 10 with ABC on the bell. this is a 5 to 10min walk
