Apartamento Pintor Fillol in Valencia, Spain

The apartament Pintor Fillol is located in the heart of the historical centre of Valencia, at the very centre of the El Carmen neighbourhood, a mere 300 metres from the Turia Gardens , the city's largest green area, and walking distance from most of the city's major museums.

The central location makes the apartment ideal for visiting Valencia. Walking around the apartment's surroundings one can see the main sights, monuments, and many tourist attractions along with some of the city's most vibrant shopping streets, restaurants and nightlife.

Located on the second floor of a restored building, dating back to the early XIXth century (no lift), the apartment has one triple bedroom with balcony, built-in closets, a double (queen size) bed and a single bed. The living room has a large balcony, sofa bed and equipped kitchenette (vitro ceramic, microwave, toaster, fridge, etc.) and there is a complete bathroom.

The apartment measures 46m2, sleeps a total of 5 guests and is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, DVD, TV, a hair dryer, towels and sheets.

For check-in after 21:00h. there is a charge of 5 € per hour.
Check-out time is until 12 a.m. (If there is no other guest arriving on that same day, you will be allowed to stay longer.)

A cleaning charge of 40€ will be asked for only if you do not leave the apartment minimally ordered and clean.
