Our loft has two areas in the same room, a rest area with a huge doble bed (we have one extra beds just in case) and living area (with a comfortable coach), and a bathroom and a full kitchen. We are pretty sure you are going to fall in love with our 20m2 terrace looking straight at the city centre, don't forget to have breakfast or lunch there every day you can.We really recommend our cozy propierty to small families (a copule and two childs) because there are one only room in all the flat. The bathroom has modern style, and the kitchen has all you can need to enjoy a mediterranean meal at the terracace (includes microwave, electric stove and washing machine).We also have WIFI conection, a huge TV, CD-Player with a confortable coach to enjoy them.Please note:Check in is flexible, but please call or send us and email to arrange an appointment, give you the keys and all the details you can need.Check out is at 1700pm, but if you need to stay long you only have to tell us.Cancellation policy is 4 daysWe only accept cash on arrival.Breakfast is not included but we always leave a Wellcome Pack for our guests.Taxes are includedKey Deposit: 50 EURTaxi service with discount

The best is to take our taxi transfer from the airport (we can proporcionate for 20 euros each way, if you reserve in advance, maximum 4 people) or the train station, but if you prefer you also could take the direct metro.
Located Near
We are in Palleter Street, 10 meters from Angel Guimera Metro Station (line 3 & 5: Airport line), so it's really easy to get to our propierty. If you want to go to the beach, you only have to take metro and you'll be there aeasily.We are within 5 minutes walking to the center, so we recommendo to visit the historical center walking from the apartment.Our neighboorhood (Juan Lorens) is plenty of restaurants, bars and a quiet night life.
