Lovely corner penthouse studio in Valencia. On the fourth floor of a vintage building that has been to Smart and simple, this spacious one bedroom apartment is totally new. The owner an Architect has design its interior with special dedication and care. The apartment itself is unusually spacious for a one bedroom property, and has been decorated in a contemporary fashion. It is on the fourth floor of a vintage building that has been totally restored. An elevator provides access to this lovely apartment making it wheelchair accessible as well. The whole apartment has a beautiful floor of solid wood and recovered brick on the walls. The high beam ceilings add to the wonderful old-world style with all the modern amenities: free WiFi high speed, phone, flat screen TV, DVD player... The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal in whenever desired. The large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and bright, with 2 balconies and 2 large windows that flood the space with light for much of the day. A ceiling fan helps to keep the room nice and airy. The master bedroom has been decorated in a clean, contemporary style. It has a double bed (1'60m x 2'00m) and also contains a walk-in closet/wardrobe for your clothes. Bedside tables and lamps and access to one of the balconies make this a terrific room to rest and relax in preparation for your sightseeing adventures in Valencia. The bathroom is modern and has a large walk-in shower, wooden shelving for holding extra supplies for this room and a vanity top with mirror and hair dryer allowing guests to prepare for the day. All the blankets and bed linens are provided. |

If you come...
- from the AIRPORT:
The best choice is the metro: take line 3 or 5 and stop at Angel Guimer� or X�tiva (20-22min). Both stations are really close to the apartment, you have about 5min walk. Let me know and I will send you some maps showing you how to get to the apartment from there.
If you want to take a taxi, that should cost about 20-25�. If it's more expensive, that would probably mean that a smart driver made the 'city tour' for you.
If you want me to go and pick you up there, just let me know. That would have an extra cost of 20�, but I'm not sure of being able to do it always: just ask! (but I still think that the metro is the best option!)

You have a 6min walk to the apartment (500m).
- from the J.S. TRAIN STATION (Joaqu�n Sorolla):
It's 1km away from the apartment. If you don't have heavy luggages you can walk, it would take you about 15min.
You can also use the free transfer bus that drives you to the Central Station and then walk.
You can take a regular bus: line 64 to Plaza de Espa�a, and then you'll have a 2min walk (140m) to the apartment.
Located Near
Very well located, just outside the old city centre, in a classic, traditional and safe enviroment. Next to Plaza de Espa�a tube station, close to all amenities, 5 minutes walk to the Ayuntamiento (Twon Hall), Plaza de Toros, and Col�n, the shopping area of Valencia, a street full of boutiques and bars.
