The property has got plenty of natural light and it is very sunny the all year. This apartment has got 2 bedrooms, in total 2 double beds, for 4 people. The apartment has got a lovely balcony were you can see the pedestrian Arzobispo Mayoral street with his lovely terraces. It is required to rent the full apartment. Breakfast is not included, but there is a full kitchen with cafe machine and appliances equipment as well as comfortable sofas in an spacious saloon. Perfect for visiting the city by feet. Close to metro and bus stops, offers the best conditions for temporary stays in Valencia, either tourism or work stays. Complete eqquiped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. After exiting the train station through the main door, Take Xativa street, direction 'Guillem de Castro street'. Cross the Xativa street and walk about 200 m on the right hand side until you arrive to 'arzobispo Mayoral street'. - From the bus station:
Once we take out from the main entrance, walk 300m on Wright side, towards 'Pio XII avenue'. On the corner we will take the metro, station 'Turia'. Take the 'line 1', towards 'Angel guimera'. Step out in 'Angel Guimera' and change to line 5. direction 'Maritim- Serreria'. Take out in metro stop 'Xativa'. You will be in 'Xativa street'.
