Our property is located in a house built in 1925, which has been recently restored and decorated by the artist ximena urra. it is closed to downtown, restaurants, bars, victoria cable car and the heritage area (cerro concepcion and alegre). We have double, triple, twin and single rooms and a 5 bed dormitory with comfortable beds and shared bathrooms. Also we have a double room with private bathroom and kitchen. Please, confirm your arrival time. From the bus terminal take a taxi to Calle Cumming 198 (Plaza El Descanso), a taxi costs about 8 US$ (CLP$ 4,000)
By bus: Walk out of the terminal and take any bus (micro), pay a local ticket 0.50 US$ (around CLP$ 250) and get off at Lider Supermarket. Continue walking one block by Intendencia Plaza, until you find Anibal Pinto Monument, then go uphill 2 blocks by Cumming Street until you reach Plaza El Descanso.
