Our shared apartment is in the heart of the Venice, near the train station and Piazzale Roma.
We have three dorm rooms, a guest kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a PC for Internet and 24hr hot showers. Each room includes a table, chairs, reading lights and a lock on the door. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, including in the rooms. Our hostel is designed to make your stay pleasant and safe. There is no curfew and no lockout - you get your own key so you can come and go as you please. Maps are available, just ask! |

Smartholiday is a five minute walk from the train station. You don't need to take a boat or any transport.
Directions from Venice Train Station:
Turn left and go straight. Pass the Guolia Bridge and just before you reach another bridge we're there on the right-hand side. You'll see the number '1981' and our sign.
Located Near
Our location is conveniently close to the main bus and train station. The major things to see in Venice are within easy walking distance; even if you're carrying luggage it is easy to reach us by foot.
