The "stanza sconta", sconta room.
Recently renovated on the green building criteria, is composed of a natural double bed like tatami in rice straw and latex mattress. A sofa bed in rattan and leather joints integrates the possibility of extra bed. The lighting curated by designer raymond ruggieri from sicily ( creates a warm and charming atmosphere.
The stanza "classica", classic room.
The room presents a large and elegant window integrated with an extended mirror which gives depth and luminosity. Installation of contemporary art as a headboard behind the bed and lush plants give a sober breath, and refined. A leather chaise lounge will make your readings more relaxing.

Take the boat Alilaguna (orange line) directly from the Marco Polo Airport. Get off at the 'Guglie' (Spires) stop and walk towards the 'Ponte delle Guglie' (Spires Bridge), then turn left on 'Terà San Leonardo' –– the bridge will be on your right. A few steps ahead, near the colorful fruit market you will see an old gate on your left which closes a short street (Calle dell'Ogio). We are at the end of this street, at number 1333/c, on the second floor. Just look for the name Venezia-BB-Venice on the door bell.

From the Airport you can also take Bus number five to Piazzale Roma, the Train station Santa Lucia is nearby.


From the train station you can easily reach us on foot (recommended) or by boat.

| ON FOOT | - estimated time 5 minutes -

Our BnB is just five minutes a foot from the train station –– H's as fast and simple!
Just outside the Train Station 'Santa Lucia' you will see a bridge on your left. Do not cross this bridge. There is a street to the left of this bridge called 'Lista Di Spagna'. Follow this street for approx 3-5 minutes until you arrive to the first bridge 'Ponte delle Guglie' ('Spires Bridge' in English). Cross this bridge and walk straight ahead 30 metres looking towards your left near a colorful fruit market you will see an old gate which is the entrance to 'Calle dell'Ogio'. We are located towards the end of this little street. Look for number 1333/c on your left with 'Venice-BB-Venezia' on the door bell. We are on the second floor.

Take the boat ACTV (line 42 or 52) directly from the Train Station 'Santa Lucia'
Get off at the Guglie (spires) stop . Walk towards the 'Spires (guglie) Bridge' and turn left leaving the bridge on your right. After 30 metres near a colorful fruit market, on your left, you will see an old gate which is the entrance to Calle dell'Ogio'. We are located towards the end of this little street. Search for number 1333/c on your left with 'Venice-BB-Venezia' on the door bell. We are on the second floor.

- If you arrive in Venice by car, follow the parking sign 'Tronchetto island'.

Once there, take the waterbus line 1 from Tronchetto to 'San Marcuola' (fourth waterbus stop).
From San Marcuola, walk towards 'Ponte delle Guglie', following the direction to the train station 'S. Lucia' (an approximately three minute walk).
About 30 meters before the 'Ponte delle Guglie' you will see an old gate on your right which is the entrance to 'Calle dell'Ogio'. Our B&B is located towards the end of this little street, at number 1333/c (on your left). You will see a doorbell with the name 'Venice-BB-Venezia' on it. We are on the second floor.
