The lamp outside near the door didn´t work. Maybe because of that some people knocked on the door and scared my mother. There were some little bugs in our room. Exsept that everything was super! One receptionist (the guy with long hair who was talking very fast) was very helpful. He explained us what do to and where to go in Venice, told us about the Venice Rolling Card and proposed a very convenient way how to get our luggage not far away from the train station.
