There is no real security at the front desk other than asking what room you are in. No activities are planned there which is sad because the location is excellent! Lisa, from USA ~ 14th Oct 2009

I want to thank you for making my stay in Victoria a memorable and enjoyable experience. I have stayed at only one other hostel and was really disappointed. What a great experience this stay was. The staff was so helpful in directions, getting airport shuttles, and in giving general information. If I am every in Victoria again I will definately stay again. Kudos to you!
