Nice Old Spanish House built in 1918, nice interiors and gardens, to take a rest in Viña del Mar. Our guest, whether they be students, backpackers, or anyone that would like to come visit, feel at home, in a quiet and warm environment where you can relax and but at the same time be independent We have 9 rooms, singles and doubles. Our hostel has its own refrigerator, microwave, so you can use at your convenience. You will also have access to wireless internet. Direction to the Property from From Santiago de Chile..
take Route 68 and take a detour which takes them first to Las Palmas go straight to entrance to Vina del Mar.
In the entrance to Vi�a del Mar take the way to calle Limache, in the way to downtown. Two Blocks past Chorrillos subway station( Corner is a Copec Gas Station ) you will take our street Jackson.
In Santiago there are departures of buses to Vina del Mar on University of Santiago and Pajaritos Underground stations. There are also bus terminals Alameda and San Borja. The output frequency is less than 10 minutes.
If you are travelling in Bus from Santiago, take Bus way Las Palmas, and say you will stop in Chorrillos Subway Station, from the bus stop, you walk a few blocks until subway station and next to jackson.
If you entre in car or Bus and take Agua Santa Entrance to Vi�a, take Calle Alvarez all the way down until Jackson.

Our Casona is located in a quiet street, close the subway. It is only ten minute walk to the center of town and about a 20 minutes walk to get to the beach. Easy locomotion to Valparaiso in Subway (15 minutes) or bus.
