Matterhorn South Lodge is located near the centre of Wanaka township and is just a short walk from the lake.
We offer you the option of either lodge or backpacker accommodation - you choose! All lodge rooms sleep up to four people, have ensuite bathrooms, fridge and television. The top floor overlooks the lake and mountains, plus there's a fully equipped kitchen. The backpackers' rooms are clean and cosy with easy access to all facilities and the sunny decks. Walking straight up Helwick street from the iSite on the lakefront; we're about two minutes up on the left-hand side, on the corner of Helwick and Brownston Streets.
Located Near
Just two minutes from the iSite and the lakefront, and most everything else! We're one minute from the local supermarket. Wanaka is an hour's drive over the Crown Range from Queenstown and 5.5 hours from Christchurch.
