From the central train staition (Warszawa Centralna) tram routes no. 7 and 9 (get off at Włochy-Ratusz 03 stop)
From the airport train S8 (get off at PKP Włochy Station) and a ten-minute walk or one stop by tram.
We highly recommend getting a taxi, since it's just around 15 zł. from both locations.
