From Dulles Airport, take bus 5A to Rosslyn and then take the Georgetown bus to the stop at 31st and M, and walk half a block South to 1061 31st St. From Rosslyn, you can also walk across the Francis Scott Key bridge, turn right on M St, and Right on 31st St. From Reagan National, take Metro Rail to the Foggy Bottom station, go up the escalator and turn left on 23rd, walk to Washington Circle, turn left on Pennsylvania, continue when Pennsylvania becomes M St, and turn left on 31st St and walk half a block South to 1061 31st St.From BWI, go to Ground Transportation and take the city bus to Greenbelt, take the Green Line to the Foggy bottom station, go up the escalator and turn left on 23rd, walk to Washington Circle, turn left on Pennsylvania, continue when Pennsylvania becomes M St, and turn left on 31st St and walk half a block South to 1061 31st St.From Union Station, take the Circulator bus to 31st and M St and walk half a block South to 1061 31st St.
