Our charming colonial-style "beach house" offers a single guest room with accommodations for up to two guests. A full gourmet breakfast is served daily at your leisure, between the hours of 8-11 am. From BWI Airport:
Take I-97 south for 15 miles and exit left for US-50 East towards Annapolis. Keep right for MD-665 (Aris T Allen Blvd) and keep right for MD-2 (Solomons Island Rd). Travel 3.4 miles and turn left onto MD-214 (Central Ave). Turn right onto MD-468 (Muddy Creek Rd) and travel south 8.4 miles. Turn right onto MD-256 (Deale Churchton Rd) and then at the light, turn left onto Franklin Manor Road. At the fork, continue on Gwynne Avenue and make the 3rd right onto Exeter Street. Our home, 5551 Exeter, is on the left-hand side, just prior to Ellicott Avenue.
From the Washington DC Beltway (I-495):
Take the exit for MD-4 South (Pennsylvania Ave), and continue for 13 miles. Take the exit for MD-258 East (W Bay Front Rd) and drive for 7.3 miles. At the round-about, take the second exit onto MD-256 (Deale Churchton Rd). At the light, turn right onto Franklin Manor Road. At the fork, continue on Gwynne Avenue and make the 3rd right onto Exeter Street. Our home, 5551 Exeter, is on the left-hand side, just prior to Ellicott Avenue.

Serenity Bay B&B Homestay is located in the small town of Churchton, Maryland, which sits on the Chesapeake Bay and lies less than an hour outside Washington, DC and Annapolis, Maryland. Two major airports and a major Amtrak station are within an hours drive- Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Reagan Washington National Airport, and Union Station. Dulles International Airport is located 1.5 hours away. Our nearest DC Metro train station, Branch Avenue, is about 35 minutes away.
