The power was out when we arrived, and it took them hours to sort out our electronic room keys. Then the air conditioning didn't work in our room. The matresses were only 1cm thick, so we slept on wood basically. Excellent location though- stay here if you only have one night in Xian. Rachel, from Australia ~ 17th Dec 2009
