Villa Phoenix is a two floor residence that consists of ten autonomous apartments & studios.On the ground floor there are three apartments, each with two separate bedrooms, which can accommodate up to five persons. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds.At the same level there are three studios, each having one bedroom that can accommodate up to three persons; there is also a spacious studio that can accommodate up to 4 persons.All apartments and studios have autonomous balconies with a view to the green garden.On the upper floor there are two apartments and one studio. Their balconies have a spectacular view to the green bay of Keri Lake.An extra bed* or baby cot can be added to every apartment or studio upon request.All apartments and studios in Villa Phoenix are fully furnished and equipped.
