We are just over an hour from Stone Town and you can take the local dala dala, shared minibus, or taxi.
To find Mustapha's Place, when you turn left at the Paje roundabout, continue past Paje and towards Bwejuu to the north. After a few minutes you will see a Mustapha's Place sign on the right hand side of the road. Shortly after this is a red container. Loop around the back of the container and take the first main sandy road on your left. After a few minutes you will see a big orange house in front of you. Mustapha's is just in to the right. Karibu!
Located Near
Back in 1997 local Rastafarian Mustapha and his close friends envisioned a remote, idyllic guest-house with stunning gardens in Bwejuu, next to the most beautiful beach on the island. It was meant not as a money-making exercise but a community, a place where like-minded locals and travelers could meet and mix, talk and learn from one another. In Mustapha's place will always be the same spirit, that of ensuring a relaxing haven for those travellers who want to know the real Zanzibar. KARIBU!
