This was by far the nicest hostel I\'ve ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional even going out of their way to assist me in a problem I had with train bookings. The food was good, the rooms were extremely clean and secure. I had a view of the Matterhorn out my window. Good value for the money especially in Zermatt. Jena, from USA ~ 2nd May 2012
