Alex the bartender was excellent! He was very friendly and gave great advice on what to do and how to get around. Also the night front desk guy was very wonderful as well. Amie, from USA ~ 22nd Nov 2009

Everything was quite good, except for the Asian cook, who served dinner on the evening of Nov 1. The dinner was 20CHF, but the receiptionist charged me only 17CHF(the same price as the day before) by mistake, the cook instead of telling me frankly the mistake, served me the food with quantity obviously less than it should be. Later on when I asked him if I can have some more, he immediately told me I had to pay 3CHF more, because the dinner was 20CHF. My god, I bet nobody would care to pay 3CHF HONGBIN, from China ~ 3rd Nov 2009
