I was in London, Ont. for two weeks recently and stayed at this hostel as well as a couple of the other low price accommodation options in the city and would have to say that paying an extra $20 or so per night for a cheap motel is not worth it if all you need is a place to sleep. The woman who runs the place is very friendly and goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. The central location just south of downtown is also ideal if you are using public transport to get around. John, from Canada ~ 7th Feb 2012

Staff are Nice people,but I couldn't know who is staff and who is guest. No locker in Dorms. washingmachine was rusty. anyway staff were very kind to me so I stay and enjoy! thank you. MANABU, from Japan ~ 28th Oct 2011

I appreciated getting upgraded to a private room when there was a problem with the dorm room I had reserved. My one major complaint was that internet was down when I was there - which had been a factor in my decision to stay there in the first place. I understand these things happen, but it was a major inconvenience. Another thing was that I had hoped the hostel would be closer to the downtown, but it was ok because I had a car.
