Sid, the hostel manager, has a thing or two to learn about customer service. No one was at the hostel to receive us upon arrival, yet she denied the fact and implied we were lying. Additionally, the hostel is very inconveniently located in a shabby part of town and it is painful to reach the beach from this location. Jesus, from Mexico ~ 12th May 2009
