We had a great time at the Armstrong. The location was a BIT out of the way but a tube ride and you could get anywhere you needed to be. We spent five glorious nights there and would not have gone anywhere else. You could not beat the price and the staff was phenomenal. We would go there again AND recommend it to friends.

Je n'ai rencontré aucun problème en particulier. A améliorer: ventilation et air conditionné (trop chaud dans les chambres). Petit déjeuner (8 euros) un peu trop cher.

It was OK. Clean and safe. The neighbourhood was super sketchy, but what can you do?

Good spot, cheap supermarket and pub nearby, right near a metro station too.

The Hotel Armstrong is somewhat difficult to find by car but maybe that was just because the streets are so busy and hectic that you can only get lost. They charge extra for parking (14 euro / 24 hours) and if you want breakfast it will be 8 euro per person.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paris but the next Metro station is 2 minutes down the street and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Notre Dame and the Louvre.
The staff was friendly and helpful. the room was small but had

This is a hotel not a hostel, as its name suggests. Very good price for the room, and a friendly and helpful staff. It is a bit far away from the city center, but if you want a private room, you can't beat the price. I would definately stay there again on my next trip to Paris.

We had a lot of difficulty finding the location, we asked everybody around and nobody knew the place, after sometime we found it. If you are coming from the Porte the Montreuil metro station, take the exit that says: Hopital de La Croix Saint Simon.
The hotel is a little bit far from the major attractions in Paris, but the metro station is a few minutes away from the hotel. The room was clean, roomy, good LCD tv.
I recommend this hotel.
