Baikaler Hostel A Lausanne, Russia

I booked Olkhon island bus in here. Your staff told me that back to baikaler bus's depature time is '8'.(they told me twice!!!). But, in the morning(8/5), 8'oclock, there was no bus!!!!! So reception called at you, you said to her, 'I forgot to tell her depature time'............I can't stand it, becaus you made me a fool. And when I arrived at your hostel, you didn't apologize to me.......It was very rude & impolitebehavior.

Honestly, I did not understand the matter of your complain. I apologize for my rude manager (I fired her) and for the stupid minibus drivers and for cruel, sad Russia .
