I left an item of clothing in the bathroom, when I asked if it had been return or handed in at reception the staff were not very helpful, but it is well located. Can be noisy at times Gina, from South Africa ~ 3rd Aug 2009

Largely ok but VERY noisy at the weekend, thanks in the large part to the Embassy Hotel nightclub below the hostel that blasts out shite music to a very late hour; and in the small part the bunk beds are annoyingly squeaky, all need a good oiling! clean showers, lockers in the rooms, all the beds are noisy

Hey Tom, thanks for leaving us some feedback. we have an excelent cleaning team and try our best to make sure everthing is clean. The beds, thanks for letting us know... we have a maintence dept that regualy tightens the beds, I will let the know it needs doing! thanks again mate, BASE CREW
