Base Queenstown is right in the heart of things and has a fab bar underneath. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all you need. The kitchen leaves something to be desired, its very small and doesn't always have the equipment you want. If all you need is somewhere to crash after an awesome day doing something adventurous its great.The travel desk staff are extremely helpful -]. I would not recommend this hostel, though extremely fun and crazy, it was too extremely fun and crazy.I was put in an 8 all female dorm but i was the only person who didn't know the rest of the girls.3 girls brought guys home one night when i had to wake up early the next day and you cna only imagine what happened.I complained to the front desk and they did NOTHING ABOUT IT.They should have kicked them out!!!!! The door on 212 would not click shut after leaving. I came back later that night to find the door to the room open as the lock would not fold back into the door and shut. Otherwise very happy with the cleanliness as I am extremley OCD Reece, from New Zealand ~ 14th Mar 2011
