This place was great. The staff were very helpful in every way. No matter what I asked they had an answer. The english was well spoken as well. The place was kept pretty clean considering the amount of people going in and out. The security locker were not the best but did the job intended. The location is superb. I walked everywhere and what places were not you could rent a bike or take a cab for very little. In the evening the place was like a pub. The location is very central and the staff is friendly and helpful, but the building is run-down inside. They couldn't give us the room which we have reserved. The 4-bed-room which they offered us instead of the triple room was really bad, so we stay in a more convenient and clean double room. I would never stay here again. When I arrived they had no bed for me even though I paid for a reservation online. They had to kick someone out of a bed and give it to me. The following day they asked me to change rooms because they had done the same thing to someone else. The front desk staff was rude about the whole situation.
