Friendly staff and cleanliness is good. Very good location! There was no towel in my single ensuite room, so I thought it was not included. Reception was closed, so I ended up spending 2 hours on a saturday night trying to find a place they sell a towel on a saturday night after 6, and then the next day they actually gave me a towel to lend. The room did not have enough heating. When it was raining and windy, I had to sleep with my leggings and sweater not to be cold. Elin, from Norway ~ 2nd Dec 2011
