the staff was super helpful, they offer free fruit and cereal to get you started on your day, kitchen is very clean, cool people. there's alot to do in monteverde and the staff can help set you up for the whole day within 5 minutes. great people, i would definitely go back there again. rooms very clean as well and they have clean towels in the room. ashley, from USA ~ 9th Feb 2010
