I lost three nights worth of money for a double room there, because I found the facilities so unhospitable. The bright colors are irritating to the nerves and not at all compatible with restful sleep. I found most of the staff to be somewhat distant and unhelpful, but especially the woman who was there when I checked in (Asian, cannot remember her name). Hi everyone! I was travelling by myself and few days which I spent in Seattle were ones of the best in my trip through America and I would give a big credit for that to City Hostel! I really enjoyed staying at this place, I think it may be the best hostel that I will stay at in my time traveling.Every one was so friendly, it was fairly inexpensive.They had a hot tub, a small theatre which we did not use as we were busy enjoying the city.They were always welcoming and offering for us to join in on activities and they let it be when we said we where not interested.This hostel is for any one who is traveling to Seattle to see the sites.
