Corona Backpackers in Cairns, Australia

Hi. Even that I advised Corona to arrive half an hour later than office hours, there was nobody around. Nevertheless, I was sent to Caravellas Backpackers, that is owned by the same person, and had a good stay. Availability of staff at Coronas is not acceptable, even for a youth hostel.

Dear Anit, We send an email out to all our late bookings to make contact before they arrive as well as it being on your confirmed response from HW, whether you call or text or send a carrier pigeon, unfortunately you DID not make contact and therefore we didnt wait back for you. Your unflattering comments about our staff, frankly, is not acceptable especially if YOU failed to confirm your arrival. I am glad you had a good stay at my other hostel. Angelo
