Very clean and the room (being an 8 bedder) was very spacey. Location not too bad, and staff were just excellent - very helpful. Unfortunately I found it pretty hard to meet people here, although I didn't really enquire about hostel organised activities. Felt like it was a little bit older crowd here as well. room was small,they tried to squeeze every penny out of you, rent a towel, charge you for luggage untill your rooms ready watch you like a hawk at breakfast to make sure you dont take extra. and guys puking in the hall. and sometimes a bit loud. eric, from USA ~ 22nd Jul 2009

Check-in time at 3pm is too late. People who arrive early are forced to keep their luggage in expensive lockers run by hourly rate. Internet acccess & WIFI are not cheap either. Chow Ming, from Malaysia ~ 3rd May 2009

The hotel was too cold and the heating was not adequate one girl in my dorm slept in her bodywarmer another used her coat as a blanket. The wifi was down for almost the whole week with no signs to say this. Then when if finally got fixed any copes bought before if went down were invalid this wasn't put up as a sign either. Eventually I found this out and was given replacement codes for free. This hostel is almost like a hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn´t have breakfast at the hostel, but the snacks (panini and scones) we bought there very amazing. The hostel is in a central location and is in walking distance to the city center, although I would recommend a cab if you have a lot of luggage to carry from waverley station or the airport bus. I stayed in an 8-person female dorm room for three nights (from December 4-7). The hostel felt like a hotel as it was so large and very new. My room was on the top floor, but there were two elevators, so no stairs! The room itself was nice and large with four bunk beds, a table and chairs, four lockers (which you must have your own lock for), a closet space, a sink, a shower room, and a room with a toilet.
