There was nothing good about my experience at Errol's I felt unsafe and like the staff was aggressive and hostile towards me. I had a room that had no electricity, no towels. I felt like I was being punished by staying there. Here I am in Paradise and I can't enjoy it because the accommodation and staff at Errol's were terrible. its low season here, so like a ghost town. But Errols has been great, they have simple and good rooms, just make sure which one you book. The simple rooms are rooms like all others, clean, bed, good size, etc, the betters rooms has AC which I personally very much appriciate when traveling in tropical areas. In countries like Jamaica everything is supply and demand, all about that, which we of course can relate to back home, but at Errols I got good help navigation in the city when it comes t Thomas Vervik, from Norway ~ 13th Oct 2009

This "guest house" captures the essence of Negril, Jamaica. From the second you step out of the terminal you are constantly bombarded with solicitations of all kinds. Everyone knows the best of everything and everyone is trying to squeeze your money out of you by being your best friend. These are the people who run Errol's. They are nice enough as long as you give them all your money. We got there and check in actually happened in our room and we were given two beach towels for the entire time w Naomi, from USA ~ 25th Mar 2009
