The rooms pictured in the hostels.com ad are not the ones you will recieve if you book a deluxe room the photos are of thier "luxury" rooms which they will try to upsell you to for an additional 200-300 a night. The management is intentionaly deceptive with thier advertising and refused to give us the room advertised even though they aknowledged we can a valid complaint. This establishment does not deserve your business.

Dear Sir, firstly, we provide room for you according to your booking. In fact, you cannot get deluxe room in your order. secendly, Defferent room defferent price. If you want to update your room, you have to pay more. thirdly, it is unfair for us to pay low price and use deluxe room. fourthly, it is reason, that the website cannot suport your requirement that you select favorite room. I think it is really misunderstanding in the thing. But your comment is too subjective and radical before you learn the truth and understand it.
