Despite being just opened 4 months ago, Flowering has all the basics that u need, lockers in dorms, free WiFi in rooms etc. At least 10 mins walk from nearest subway stn (Beixinqiao).If arriving from Beijing South train stn, get bus #652 to Liujiayao subway stn on the same line (5). This hostel is only new, but was fine for what we needed it for. Close location to getting most places- Beijing is so easy to get around! Is down a funny little alley way, but felt safe, and local people helped us find it (turn right after you get past the parked car areas to find the alleyway). Was missing a few of the small amenities, such as tourist info,hooks in bathroom, a kitchen area, but if you just want a bed it's fine. Owners were really nice & went out of their way to help us! I had been to China 3 times already,so far,this is the best Hostel in Beijing! The staff there are Super helpful, they just opened recently,so it's very Cheap,but everything is new and clean!!! Most important is the Location is in the Center of Downtown, and Free internet, that's all I need.(I think soon the price may go up, so,GO SOON!)(I think even much better than most 3 stars hotel in Beijing I had been ):) Zhe, from USA ~ 19th Mar 2009
