Great hostel - very helpful staff. They booked all excursions, handle taxi services and are generally very pleasant. The hostel has a lovely game room, nice common area,good internet facilities and very clean bathrooms too. The only hitch is the beds on the top bunk are a little difficult to climb onto. Very nice hostel overall. Awesome full level loft with views over the city. A tiny bit out of the way, but only two blocks uphill from main road. The staff are all very nice, breakfast is good, and the rooms and bathrooms seemed clean. I'd definitely stay there again. Also can arrange tours and cruises. Derek, from USA ~ 20th Mar 2011

We stayed here for a nice relaxing week after a busy period travelling through South America.Great loft and social areas including a TV room with huge list of films to choose from.Nice clean dorms with good lockes and clean/modern bathrooms.Breakfast was included and eggs provided (a rareity in south america) and use of kitchen helped to take advantage of the amazing steak.Only major downside we found was the childish and sarcastic way in which you are dealt with by some of the male staff.Probab Annabelle, from England ~ 31st Mar 2011
