The cleaning staff was rude one morning - busted through the door without knocking - and was being rude and loud unnecessarily. It was a woman with a heavy accent. That was really the only negative thing - it was my first experience with a hostel. Maryann, from USA ~ 17th Aug 2009

the kitchen facilities are just awful, if you're looking to cook your own meals then gilligan's is not the place for you, they don't even have tea towels in the kitchen... and anyone who does use it never washes up their dishes :( its disgusting Nick, from England ~ 19th Mar 2009
