I had a terrific time in Naples, and I think that being at this hostel is part of the reason why. Giovanni is a great guy who knows how to make this a great trip. I fully recommend it, and that's where I'll be next time I'm in Naples. David, from Canada ~ 18th Oct 2009

We stayed at the hostel for a week. It definatelly made our stay in Napoli an amazing experience. Giovanni has gone above and beyond to make us and his other guests feel comfortable and really experience all that the city of Napoli has to offer!!!! Thank you for an amazing time Giovanni!!!!!!! giovanni is an extremely sweet man who really takes care of each and every guest at his home. we felt really safe at the hostel and it was away from the more dodgey areas of Naples. giovanni also knows a lot about Naples and its surrounding cities, including what to look at and the history. he also cooked and sang for all his guests even though he was sick. absolutely a loveable man who would take you under his wing as soon as you ring the doorbell outside!!! Giovanni tries very hard to make his hostel the best in all of Napoli, and in this task he succeeds! I always felt very secure while there, He is very helpful when it comes to answering your questions and even tells you of special locations around the city that you may not have known about, as well as where not to go. I absolutely loved this place, Giovanni is a doll.... I will miss him and he will be missed. The pasta night was great fun, and sing a longs were a HOOT! He genuinely cares about all the people that stay at his home, gives you motor bike rides around the city and will pick you up or take you to the train for sakety. This has been the most unique and satifying hostel I've stayed at in my two month European tour. To start off, the staff is only one man, Giovanni. From buongiorno to buonanotte, Giovanni is there to suggest day trips, share a story, and more often than not cook a wonderful dinner for the whole hostel. Naples and the surrounding towns have a wealth of history and culture, and Giovanni greets each traveller with a suggested itinerary tailored to each guest's interests and length of stay.
