I loved the location! It was perfectly placed for ideal sight seeing and right on the main street of old town where all the history is. Everything else was pretty good for a hostel, except that I booked and pre-reserved for 7 days and after 4 days they started asking me if I wasn't supposed to leave yet. Every morning they would ask if I was leaving yet and the first day they made me move since they forgot that I was booked the 7 days and they overbooked my room and forced me to move to another Cortney, from USA ~ 21st Dec 2011

A really great location : in the heart of the city center. You can go everywhere by foot. There are good breakfast for a good price. The showers are not perfect and sometimes the water is not so hot but generally, it's really okay. The staff is nice, and there is a warm atmosphere in the hostel. A member of staff woke me up by mistake (I was not checking out, in fact, it was my birthday) and in a very rude way. Afterwards, she was the only person at reception when I went down to complain, and she was not receptive. initially felt staff were unhelpful as I phoned to say my bus was getting in at 1.40am. Was told very abruptly that if I was there by 2am I would noty be allowed to check in. When I got there very friendly staff. couldnt of asked for better. sarah, from Wales ~ 29th Sep 2011
