Let me make this quick. These two staff memebers (specially the girl) made me want to use all the Chilean bad words I could learn in the two days I stayed in Santiago. They were not helpfull at all and made stupid comments from the beggining to the end.
Yes, If you are the girl that works there, please make sure that when you make fun of your clients(for not being familiar with the place like any other tuorist)you at least wisper so they do not hear through the walls all the bullshit you ar

This was my second time at Florestal, and I got great time... The best location near subway stations, buses stop, pubs, and easy way to get in the mountains... The front desk is was everythime ready to help...

Hostel bem localizado no bairro de Bella Vista, próximo aos centros turísticos e do metrô. Staff despreparado para atendimento ao público e poucos receptivos. O barbecue é 10.

By far one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The staff completly make your experience in Santiago. So warm, friendly and informative. The will go the extra mile to make sure you are having a blast. Highly recommend!

Not quite sure about it being in the top 5 hippest hostels in the world, but good enough! Large double room, but beds were awful & miles from the bathrooms.
