This isn't a hostel. It's a "bed and breakfast". No kitchen to use; no fridge to share; A/C and/or a fan are at extra cost. It's above a bar that is also connected commercially to the B&B and serves as the reception area. No lock out/curfew. Nice rear patio/garden. Breakfast is basically toast and coffee and baguettes with two choices of cereal and OJ. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Two blocks from the beach. Close to the Bus stop. Fairly good deal for the money. Paul, from USA ~ 30th Aug 2009

My advice would be to go here if you have a car and plan to spend very little time in the actual hostal. Also, it was ver

The location of this hostel is very misleading. It is NOT in Palma. It is in Puerto de Pollenca. You have to take a city bus to the bus station from the airport and then get on a touristic bus that gets you to the hostel in an hour or more. It is 5.55 euro every time to take the touristic bus, and although the hostel is relatively priced, you'll spend more money getting back and forth into the city. Although the beach in Puerto de Pollenca is gorgeous, the city is a ghost town.
