This place can be a good choice if you don't mind sleeping with noise from the pubs next to it. It is clean an friendly, but check out time at 10am is quite early.

The rooms were so cramped and the staircase was very steep. It was not the most comfortable settings.One of the staff was rude as well kept questioning.but the best part of the hostel is that its right in the heart of Amsterdam so you dont have to worry about late nights. If only rooms were good...

A decent place to crash in the Leideplein area of Amsterdam. Close to tram stops and evening entertainment. Fairly close to Rijksmuseum.
It was a bit cramped, but that's Europe. Things worked and were in good repair.
Staff was friendly and professional.

The staff is good, and the location is great, but it is not so clean. It is very small. Use it just to sleep. I would not stay there their again.

Not the greatest hostel, but the location is fabulous. It's cramped, but that's how hostels work. I wouldn't mind staying there again at all.

I stayed for a week, so I got a pretty accurate picture of the place.
Great staff! I've been traveling for over a month and these guys are the friendliest management I've run into so far. VERY friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast is just bread with jam/pb/choc spread plus oj/coffee. The rooms are nice with a sink, although the bathrooms are a bit small. This said, there are def enough bathrooms and showers for everyone and the place is safe. The location is excellent for nightlife -- ri

use the 3rd floor shower its nicer....ummm....o yeah...go to reception early in the morning...like 4am...the guy will be sleeping in his undies....it was a little awkward but yet hilarious
