The location and price is right for this place. Right in the heart of the city center, you can walk everywhere, which is great. The staff was just one girl at the front, who we could almost never find when we needed her. But she was helpful when we actually did find her. The windows are not sound proof whatsoever, so you will hear partying people wandering the streets at all hours of the night, as well as the city's municipal clean-up machines each morning. Everything about this place makes you never want to leave it. First off it's located in the most amazing area of Florence. In between all the great spots! The owner Alex and his assistant Realy care and want the best for you. Always helpful and helpful with anything. It is rare to find such a perfect place to spend a vacation. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and our last night the owner Alex surprised us with a wonderful bottle of wine.
