This was a great Hostel. Ivano is quite the character and a true Italian. He organized a big 5 course dinner for everyone in the hostel and a restaurant nearby which included all the wine you could drink for 20 Euro which was well worth it. So bag lockers but security did not seem to be much of an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. The Showers are very good, plenty of hot water. The owner and staff are professional and honest with a good sense off humour. There is free internet access with a printer. A Kitchen with good cooking facilities. TV/living room. It's located 10 minutes from the Vatican and 10 minutes from the Metro. Excellent price for the centre of Rome. I'm looking forward to staying there again!

The host threw us an amazing diner party, which he does on a regular basis. It was a little expensive for us, but well worth the money. Overall, the nicest of the 9 hostels we stayed in during this trip.

This was the first hostel we stayed in on our backpacking trip. I prepared myself for the worst from stories I heard about hostels. My brother and I fortunately found Happy Days. We did have problems finding it because the address has changed, make sure you read the directions on how to get there. The man who owns the hostel is very nice. There is a kitchen where you can cook and free internet. I felt safe in the hostel, it was not a huge hostel. The hostel is extremely close to the Vatican. Les
