Hostel Tierrasoles in Other Argentina, Argentina

This place came up when I was searching San Rafael in IBIZA SPAIN!!! Be careful to check ALL details!

I don´t understand why if you were wrong on having reserved, you qualifies badly the hostel. It looks like to me an absolutely unjust qualification. We guard the bed for you for the day that you had reserved, and when you informed us about your mistake, we don´t charge to you the extra carge for No Show, because we understood the situation. Would be good it you could apologize for your qualification and correct it.
