Although we stayed in a 5-bed female dorm room with no other guests in the room for three days and the bathroom was down the hall, when I told the desk staff that my 20 yr old daughter was sick and could not tour Berlin with me and needed her own key, the clerk refused to issue us a second key. Therefore I had to leave my daughter sleeping in an unlocked room so that she could get to the bathroom.
